Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your COREX purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. 30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • In the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • With proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping Costs

If you choose to return your item for personal reasons (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We only provide free return shipping if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong product

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

4. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

The item must still be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
